A Sharknado in Sparta

We have all seen the movie, however, in this game Fin Shepard and April Wexler would have lost their fight against a hungry team of landsharks. The landsharks swam past the Sparta Diamonds 6-1.

Goals were scored by Tori Henning, Parv Chiarella, Astrid Youngren (her first), Olivia Franco and Ava Adochio(2).

A speedy Midfield was anchored by Caitlyn Fenyk with some much needed rest time provided by Camryn Sward and Olivia Franco.

Defensively, Ally Burmeister, Camryn Sward, Ally Massarano and Tori Henning shut down the attacks of the Diamonds. This week’s committee of goalies was (Parv, Camran, Ava, Ally M)

Injured Player Patsy Shallis was on the sideline to provide support to the team. Doctor tells us that in a week or two Patsy will be joining the Landsharks on the training field. Heal fast Patsy!
