O’Leary through ball keys 1-0 victory in Summit

Playing on the turf in the heat and down 3 girls the Rockers gutted out a 1-0 victory against a tough Summit team.

Center back Ryan O’Leary weighted a perfect pass split 2 defenders and forward Gracie Kelly tucked it in in stride left footed to give the Rockers the 1-0 win.

The six headed monster of Sara Coto, Jess Byrne, Gracie Kelly, Ashley Peterson, Isabelle Medich, and Mia Zirpoli all wowed the coaches with their impressive display of punting and combined on the shutout.

Celine Ramos played lights out in the back, center mid Sadie O controlled the game and up front Ava Dicostanzo created scoring chances.

Quick turnaround as the Rockers play their home opener(yes home opener on October 23rd) tonight at 730 against Madison. These teams are both undefeated in flight 1 and should set up for some electric soccer tonight at Lower Emmitt.
